Un diario creativo e’ un diario in cui lasciare emergere, esplorare, rielaborare, immergersi nelle parti piu’ profonde di noi. E’ una combinazione di elementi visivi e scritti, che ti aiuta ad esprimere tutte le parti di te. Sia quelle che puoi esprimere con le parole, sia quelle che vanno al di la’ della parola e si esprimono con i colori e le forme.

 

Per quattro settimane ti guido dolcemente in questo magico incontro con il tuo giardino interiore, il tuo spirito. Ci troviamo assieme in un cerchio intimo, e attraverso dei semplicissimi esercizi creativi diamo voce a TE.

Ogni settimana hai accesso ad video lezioni registrate (tue per sempre) che puoi guardare con i tuoi tempi, e una guida con spunti per creare e scrivere sul tuo diario visivo. 

​

Ogni settimana scoprirai un nuovo strumento, lo scarabocchio dell’anima, l’acquerello meditativo, il mandala interiore, e un simbolo sacro.

​

Il diario creativo diventa il luogo del tuo appuntamento quotidiano con TE. Il luogo dove puoi prenderti cura di te per cinque minuti o per un ora.

​

Quanto tempo e’ che non passi tempo con te? E’ arrivato il momento di farlo.

​

Quattro settimane, undici quattro videolezioni, 4  guide con spunti per aiutarti a unire scrittura, colori e forme.

Non e’ necessaria nessuna esperienza artistica.

Animals carry powerful symbolism and messages for us. I love the natural world and connecting with the message that animals have for us is one of my passions. When we paint animals, we connect deeply with their power and their message. In this course, we paint some of the most powerful animals, tap into their wisdom, and listen to their message. 

    

The 24 Hour Paint Jam is back!!!! And now it’s a global event with artists from all over the world AND…..I am part of it!!!!

 

In my mini-workshop, we will paint animal symbols!

The amazing Whitney Freya is organising it, she will be painting from her studio in Oregon USA and 11 other artists will offer 11 mini-workshops every two hours for 24 hours!

AND we are doing this during the Summer Solstice, which is a magical moment in itself. So we can usher summer together.
